Tracking Shows "Delivered," but No Package?
If your package shows as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, here are some steps to help locate it:
-
Was Your Order Shipped via USPS?
- USPS often delivers smaller packages to mailboxes.
- If the package is too large, they may place it in a parcel locker and leave the key in your regular mailbox.
-
Not a USPS Package?
- Check with others in your household to see if someone brought it inside.
-
Checked the Usual Spots?
- If you’ve already looked in the usual delivery locations, keep in mind that all delivery carriers use GPS-based scanners. If your package shows as "delivered" within your ZIP code, it’s likely nearby.
Here are some uncommon places where packages have been found:
- Over a fence (side or backyard)
- In the bed of a pickup truck on the property
- At a neighbor’s house
Tip: Both UPS and FedEx provide photo proof of delivery. Enter your tracking number on their website to view the delivery photo and confirm whether the location matches your property.
If your package is still missing, you can request a package re-trace from the carrier. This process should be initiated as soon as possible.
Here’s how it works:
- The carrier will contact the delivery personnel to retrace their steps.
- They’ll also check the GPS data from the scanner used at the time of delivery to pinpoint the exact location where the package was marked as delivered.
This can often help locate misplaced packages quickly. Don’t hesitate to reach out to the carrier to start this process.
When do we ship?
All weekday orders (Mon-Fri) are shipped out if placed before 11:00 am PST (west coast time). While Saturday shipping is not guaranteed, some orders do still get shipped out on Saturdays. USPS Priority mail takes 2-7 days, and Ground takes between 1-7 days depending on where you live. Ground may be UPS or Fedex.
More than one item may ship VIA more than one warehouse. You will receive multiple tracking numbers for each shipments if this is the case.
All shipments are insured, and tracked . Higher value shipments of $250 or more will require a direct signature, meaning someone will need to sign for the package for it to be released. This is to ensure high value orders are not left unattended. The tracking number allows you to see where your package is, and when it will be delivered. The delivery dates on the tracking screen are estimates. 98% of packages will show up on time. On some occasions packages may show up sooner or little bit later than the estimated delivery dates.
During the peak holiday season, (which starts immediately after Cyber Monday and runs all the way until Christmas time) please plan an additional 2 days for non-overnight packages to arrive. The shipping carriers are usually overloaded during the holiday season. The only guaranteed delivery dates are Overnight 1 day shipping services. If a tracking number shows "Delivered", but you don't see a package, make sure to check around your house thoroughly.
Tracking indicates package is late:
Please be patient in these cases. Especially when it comes to bad winter weather, hurricanes, etc. This can affect the delivery of packages outside of the affected areas. While we would love to prevent delays, they are entirely out of our control. Carriers will declare packages lost after 15 days with no movement. In this case, we will offer a refund or re-ship.
If you paid for express shipping, and the package was late, we will refund the cost of the express shipping paid.
If you still cannot locate your package, make sure to contact us, and we will help you with any addition details or information needed so you can get your package.
