Order Info & Status

Ordering
 

Our website uses a detailed parts finder tool with a specific type of function. When you begin, you'll be asked to select your vehicle's year, make, model, and engine. It will then ask for sub-model and drive type. The sub-model and drive type fields are optional and can be skipped, allowing you to start browsing parts right away. You can skip by simply clicking / tapping outside of the parts finder box.

However, if you select a part that requires additional details, such as a specific sub-model or drive type (RWD, AWD, etc.), the system will once again prompt you for this information before adding the part to your cart. This ensures that only compatible parts are shown, making the process more efficient and accurate.

 

If the part is compatible with your vehicle, this will be indicated on the product page, along with any relevant notes for that specific application such as part position, or special fitment notes. If you have any doubts about fitment, feel free to reach out to us at info@araparts.com.

 

"Do you ship on Saturdays?" 

While we do not guarantee shipping on Saturdays, some orders placed on Saturday morning before 9:00 am PST will be shipped. This is not a guarantee however.

 

 

Was I double charged?
 

This is very common if your card declined at any time before a successful order. Don't worry, you are never double charged for a declined transaction. Declined transactions will fall off by the next day, and any overdraft fees (if applicable) will be returned.

 

This is not something that we do at all, nor do we have any control over this. This is all done by your bank. For customers who try to process a payment with the incorrect information such as improper billing address, expiration date, or CVV (3 digits on back) you may notice a pending charge for the declined transaction, which will not go through. Viewing Orders
 

You need to create an account to view orders. You can view orders by signing into your account at the top of the screen where it says "sign in".

Even without an account, the order information is automatically sent to your email address by our order system. If you did not receive the email, check your clutter box first. If no luck, then check your junk or spam box.

If you still cannot find your order, please contact us by email or phone. All we need is the name you used to place the order.

Tracking orders
 

You can track your order by clicking on the link on the top of the screen that says: "Order Info & Status".  Enter your order number, the last name, and the billing zip code that was used when you purchased your item, and it will give you tracking information for your package. If you don't know the order number, check your email address for the order confirmation email. The order number will be on that email. Make sure to check the spam/junk box as well.

If you are still unable top find the order number or email, contact us at info@araparts.com. Let us know your first and last name, and the order date so we can find your order number, and tracking number.



Updating Account Information
 

On the top of the screen, click "login". Enter your login information. When your dashboard comes up, look towards the bottom half of the page. You will see "Account Information. Under Account Information, you will be able to edit your address and all contact information.



 

"I cannot find the part I am looking for"
 

We currently specialize in a limited number of high quality brands, and don't have a lot of plans on changing that. We are expanding the line slowly, and we may still offer some aftermarket product lines where OE is unavailable to offer (typically dealership only part lines), but these brands will be carefully selected, identified as aftermarket, and very limited. Our goal is to take the guess work away from finding quality auto parts online. 

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions 

We currently accept Amex, any credit, or debit card.  We will have buy now pay later options in the very near future. We don't accept money orders or COD.
